Plans, AI Credits and Billing

Two separate things decide what Feedpik will do for you: your plan, which sets capacity and which features exist, and your AI credits, which meter the things that call a model. Most confusion about limits is one of these being mistaken for the other.

The yearly figures are per month, billed once a year — $60, $96 and $180 respectively.

The reader, the sources and the ranking algorithm are on every plan, including Free. So is full agent access, and so are the per-article AI actions. Nothing about how your feed is chosen is behind a paywall; what money buys is capacity, refresh speed, and the features listed next.

What each paid tier unlocks

Starter unlocks nothing new. It is capacity and cadence — 10× the sources and hourly refresh — which is the wall most people hit before they consider paying for anything.

Pro adds the three things that read your sources for you:

• Daily Briefing — the day, clustered by topic and synthesised across sources
• Trending Radar — stories several of your sources picked up at once
• Telegram and Discord — scheduled digests, and chatting with the bot to tune your ranking

Max adds the two that turn reading into output:

• Tracking — a company, ticker or term watched over time, with cadence and cross-source pickup
• Drafts — a cited first draft assembled from what you saved

The split between Pro and Max is knowing versus producing. Pro is everything that tells you what happened; Max is what turns that into work.

The source cap counts sources, not subscriptions

Your cap is distinct sources across all your personas. Following the same publication in three personas costs one, not three.

The cap is the one limit an OPML import can hit in a single click, so it is worth knowing before you import from another reader. The import does not stop when it reaches the cap: it keeps going, and every source past it is reported as a failure with the reason. So a partial import is a cap, not a broken file.

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance. Actions that call a model spend from it:

Trending Radar	0

Trending Radar is free to run. It needs no model at all — it is clustering over your own articles — so it costs nothing however often you open it, on any plan that has it.

The briefing charges itself. It generates on first view rather than from a button, and caches for the rest of the day. So a Pro reader who opens Feedpik every morning spends about 60 credits a month without pressing anything. That is priced into the allowance; it is not a leak.

60 credits on Free is a real month of light use — thirty assistant messages, or sixty summaries, or any mix. It exists so you can find out whether talking to your feed is worth paying for. Running out raises the upgrade dialog rather than hiding the feature.

When the allowance resets

At the start of your billing month, counted from the day you subscribed — not the 1st. Someone who subscribes on the 20th gets a fresh allowance on the 20th.

Unspent allowance does not roll over. Upgrading mid-month tops you up to the new plan's number for the same month rather than granting a second full allowance; downgrading takes the unspent difference back.

Buying more

The Add credits button on any pricing card sells them outright, at your plan's rate — 4¢ on Free down to 1¢ on Max, in $3, $10 and $30 amounts. Bought credits never expire. They are not an allowance and they do not reset; they sit there until spent.

Note that the rate is your own, not the card's. Clicking Add credits on the Max column while on Free buys at 4¢, because the price follows the plan you are actually on.

Managing your subscription

Everything is in Manage Account, from the avatar in the top right of the reader.

Profile — your name and email, plus two language settings worth checking. Content languages decides which languages the shared pool draws from (your own subscriptions are never filtered). AI output language is what Summarize, Explain and Translate answer in.

Subscription — your plan, what it renews at and when, credits remaining, and Cancel subscription.

Billing — every charge, with a Download link that opens the invoice.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the period you have paid for ends, nothing is refunded and nothing is charged that day, and the panel shows the date access runs to. If the cancel itself fails, the error offers a link to the payment provider's own portal — that route always works.

Exporting and deleting

Both live in Algorithm & Agents → Recommendation Settings.

Export data downloads your profile, interests and ranking as JSON. Persona exports are separate and cover sources too — see personas.

Delete account is self-service and permanent. It asks you to type your own email address as confirmation, and it refuses while a subscription is still active — cancel first, then delete. An API key cannot reach it: erasing an account needs a signed-in session, whatever scopes an agent holds.

If something looks wrong

I paid but the reader still says Free — the plan the server enforces is shown under Subscription in Manage Account, and it is the one that counts. If it disagrees with what you were charged, the Billing tab has the record; send it to us rather than paying again.

I ran out of credits mid-month — either upgrade, which tops up the current month to the new plan's number immediately, or buy credits outright, which never expire.

A feature is greyed out — it is above your plan. The upgrade dialog names the feature you clicked and the tier it needs.

Adding a source was rejected — you are at the source cap. It counts distinct sources across every persona, so unsubscribing in one persona does not free a slot if another persona still follows it.

My allowance reset on a strange date — it follows your subscription anniversary, not the calendar month. That is deliberate: calendar resets gave anyone who subscribed mid-month two partial allowances inside one billing period.
