Refund Policy
Last updated September 3, 2026
Fourteen days, no questions asked, on every paid plan. After that, yearly plans are refunded for the months you have not used, and monthly plans run to the end of the period you paid for.
1. The short version
Everything below is detail: what happens after those fourteen days, how yearly plans are treated differently from monthly ones, and the one case that works differently — AI credits, which are refundable only while you have not spent any of them.
2. The fourteen days
The window runs from the charge, not from the day you signed up. A renewal is a charge too, so if a plan renewed and you did not want it to, that renewal has its own fourteen days.
Inside the window we refund the full amount of that charge. We do not reduce it for the time you used, the articles you read, or the AI credits your plan included and you spent. If you cancel at the same time, the plan ends immediately rather than running to the end of the period, because you are no longer paying for it.
If you are in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service within fourteen days. This policy is written to meet it and to apply the same rule to everyone, wherever they are. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
3. After the fourteen days
What happens next depends on which cycle you are on, and the difference is real money, so it is worth being explicit.
| What you bought | After the window |
|---|---|
| A monthly plan | Cancel any time. The plan stops renewing and stays available until the end of the month you already paid for. That part-month is not refunded — you keep the plan for it. |
| A yearly plan | Cancel any time and we refund the whole months you have not used. Ten months left on a $96 year comes back as $80. The month you are currently in is not refunded, on the same reasoning as a monthly plan: you have it until it ends. |
| AI credit top-ups | Refundable in full while the batch is untouched. Once any of it is spent, that purchase is not refundable — see below. |
Yearly is treated differently on purpose. It is one payment covering a long time, and the person most likely to regret it is the one who finds out in month three that the product is not for them. Holding nine unused months of their money would be the kind of thing that ends in a chargeback, and they would be right.
4. AI credits
Credits bought as a top-up are the one thing here that behaves like a consumable rather than a subscription, and the rule follows from that:
- Untouched, we refund it in full. If you bought credits and have not spent any of that batch, the purchase comes back and the credits are removed from your balance.
- Once you have spent some, that purchase is not refundable. A summary you have already read cannot be returned, and we do not claw back credits you have already used.
This does not affect the credits included with your plan. Those are an allowance, not a purchase — refunding a plan charge inside the window refunds the whole charge regardless of how much of that month's allowance you spent.
If you bought credits by mistake — the wrong amount, twice by accident, or on the wrong account — write to us. A duplicate charge is not really a refund question and we will just fix it.
5. How to ask
Email hello@feedpik.com. Send it from the address on the account if you can — it saves us asking you to prove the account is yours.
It helps to include, though we will find them if you cannot:
- The date and amount of the charge, or the invoice — every charge has a Download link under Billing in Manage Account.
- Whether you want the plan cancelled as well, or just this charge returned.
What happens then
We answer within two business days, and refund on the same day we agree to it. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with — we cannot send it anywhere else, and neither can the payment providers.
How long it takes to arrive is the bank's decision rather than ours: card refunds usually land in five to ten business days, PayPal balances usually the same day. If it has been longer than that, tell us and we will send you the provider's reference for it.
6. Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a charge, please ask us before asking your bank. A refund from us takes a day; a chargeback takes weeks, and it usually ends with the same money going to the same place after both of us have spent time on it.
We will not close an account for raising one. But an account with an unresolved chargeback cannot buy again until it is settled, because the payment providers block it — that is their rule, not ours.
7. When the problem is ours
None of the above is a limit on what we will do when the fault is on our side. Outside the window, and regardless of cycle:
- A charge you did not authorise, or one that ran after you cancelled, is refunded in full whenever we find it.
- A plan that did not do what the pricing page said is our mistake to fix, and paying for it is not your problem.
- If we close your account for any reason other than your own breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of whatever you had prepaid.
We would rather refund someone who is disappointed than argue with them. If your situation is not described on this page, write to us anyway — the list above is what we commit to, not the limit of what we will consider.
