Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Feedpik for use of the Feedpik web app, API, and Telegram bot. Creating an account or using the service means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you are allowed to bind it.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy form part of this agreement.

2. What the service is

Feedpik is an RSS feed reader that fetches feeds you subscribe to, ranks the results with a policy you control, and offers optional AI-assisted reading tools. It is a way to read other people’s publications — we are not the publisher of the articles it shows you.

We add, change, and occasionally remove features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan does, we will tell paying accounts before it lands.

3. Your account

Give us an accurate email address, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account, including anything done with API keys you issue.

You must be at least 16 to hold an account.

You may delete your account at any time, from the settings screen, without asking us. It erases your data immediately and cannot be undone — see the privacy policy for exactly what goes. Cancel any active subscription first.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Feedpik to:

• Break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or help someone else do either.
• Point the fetcher at a publisher in a way designed to overload them, evade their rate limits or paywall, or extract their archive wholesale. The service exists to read feeds publishers offer, at a sane cadence.
• Republish, resell, or redistribute publisher content pulled through Feedpik as though it were yours to distribute.
• Probe, scan, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or try to reach accounts or data that are not yours.
• Resell or share your account, or use one account to serve many people, unless you are on a plan that says you may.
• Circumvent plan limits, credit metering, or rate limits, by automation or otherwise.
• Upload or distribute malware, or use the service to send spam or harass anyone.

If you find a security problem, please report it to hello@feedpik.com rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue anyone who investigates in good faith, stays within their own account, and gives us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before going public.

5. Publisher content

Articles reaching you through Feedpik belong to whoever published them. We fetch them because you subscribed to a feed the publisher makes available, we cache them so your reader is fast and works offline-ish, and we show them to you. That is the extent of our claim over them — none.

AI summaries, translations, and explanations are derived from that content for your own reading. Treat what you do with them the way you would treat quoting the article itself: normal copyright rules still apply, and a summary is not a licence to republish.

If you are a publisher

If your content is reaching Feedpik in a way you object to, write to hello@feedpik.com with the feed or article URLs. We will remove the source from our catalogue and stop fetching it. We would rather hear from you directly than have you find out we were a problem some other way.

6. What you create, and Personas

Your personas, ranking policies, notes, memory items, and drafts are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them to train models.

When you choose to publish a Persona to the community, you give us and other users permission to host, display, and install that Persona — which is the only way publishing could work. That permission covers what is in the published object: the feeds and the tuning parameters. You can unpublish at any time, though copies already installed by other people stay installed.

Only publish a Persona you have the right to publish, and do not use the description fields to carry anything unlawful.

7. AI output

This matters more here than on most products, because people use Feedpik to follow markets and fast-moving technical news. A summary that drops a hedge or inverts a number reads exactly like one that does not. The article is the source of truth; the summary is a shortcut.

AI features consume credits according to your plan. We may change what a feature costs, and will publish the change on the pricing page.

8. API keys and agents

You can issue scoped API keys and let an AI agent read your candidates, record feedback, and propose ranking changes. The scope is yours to choose and yours to revoke.

Anything an agent does with a key you issued counts as something you did. Every change an agent makes to your ranking creates a new version with an audit trail and can be rolled back — but the responsibility for handing over the key, and for what the agent is instructed to do, stays with you.

9. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance by the payment provider you choose at checkout, on the cycle you select, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds.

Cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months. If we raise the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

If something went wrong — a charge you did not expect, a plan that did not do what the pricing page said — write to us. We would rather refund a disappointed customer than argue about it.

Free plans come with limits that we may adjust. Where we reduce a free limit, existing accounts get notice first.

10. Availability

We work to keep Feedpik running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Feeds go down, publishers change their formats, third-party providers have outages, and we take things offline to fix them.

Features marked beta, preview, or waitlist are exactly that: they may change substantially or be withdrawn, and they are excluded from any service commitment.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or that we are legally required to act on. Except where the breach is serious or the law forbids it, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it before closing anything.

If we close your account for reasons other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Export your feeds and profile before closing an account yourself — after deletion we cannot recover them.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions you made based on something you read or something the AI wrote. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this section.

13. General

If a provision of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something immediately does not mean we have given it up. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a merger or sale of the business, on notice to you.

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first at hello@feedpik.com. Most things that look like a dispute are a misunderstanding that an email resolves.

14. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will move. For changes that materially affect your rights or what you pay, we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Feedpik after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can cancel.
